Harvesting for Heligan Christmas Lunches
The Gardeners have been working hard harvesting lots of fruit and vegetables for the Heligan Kitchen. More importantly, they have harvested some of the produce used in the Heligan Christmas Lunches. Much to either your delight or dislike, there were hundreds of bright green sprouts ready to make their way to the kitchen.
Dale, our Heligan Head Chef, popped down to the Productive Gardens to chat to the Gardeners about the harvest, how he could use the veggies and he even had a go at digging up some huge parsnips!
