Lost Supper: Foraged

In conjunction with Wild Week, join forager Emma Gunn for a special Lost Supper. Emma and the Kitchen team will be foraging the estate to create a 7 course tasting menu highlighting some unique flavours growing throughout Heligan. You will be welcomed by a wild cocktail, an introduction to foraging by Emma and then supper will be served.

Emma enjoys sharing her knowledge and recipes, giving people the confidence to try out foraging and explore the unique flavours that are available on our doorstep.

What are Lost Suppers?

Lost Suppers are about connections, the connection between people, the soil, the planet and food. In the current climate it’s never been more important to talk about food miles and eating from the land has always been the way at Heligan, that’s what it was built for.

The menu is never published beforehand as it is written after the gardeners have listed what’s available or what’s in season, which makes it completely ingredient led and 5 out of 7 courses will always be vegetarian.

Our Lost Suppers will be held within the Heligan Kitchen & Conservatory. Doors will open at 6:30pm with a welcome drink for all upon arrival.

£70pp

*Please note the dining experience lasts approximately 3 hours

The Heligan Shop will remain open a little later during our Lost Supper evenings. Diners can enjoy 15% discount in the Heligan Shop before their unique evening dining experience begins.
