An evening with Dawn French and Sue Hill

  • 22 Jun: Gates open at 6pm

Join us as we bring the inaugural Heligan Homecoming Festival to a close with an unforgettable evening of conversation and culture.

We’re honoured to welcome beloved author, comedian, and national treasure Dawn French in conversation with acclaimed artist, sculptor and theatre maker Sue Hill.

This unique, one-night-only event promises warmth, wit, and insight as two remarkable women reflect on creativity, community, and homecoming.

To complement the evening, enjoy the rich and evocative sounds of Dalla Duo, performing a spellbinding mix of traditional tunes — from wild, foot-tapping dances to beautifully haunting melodies.

Come and celebrate the finale of our festival in true Cornish spirit.

Doors open at 6 pm allowing attendees the opportunity to walk through our romantic gardens and enjoy food and drink beforehand - a truly Heligan experience rooting those attending with a sense of home.

Leave the cooking to us…

Each Heligan Homecoming evening will see the Heligan Hospitality Team firing up the BBQ with St Austell Brewery on hand to provide beers, ciders, Pimms, G&Ts and soft drinks.

If you'd prefer to experience a Heligan Lost Supper before your evening of culture of conversation, join us in the Heligan Kitchen as we welcome our good friends at Ellis Wharton Wine to compliment our final Lost Supper of this year’s Heligan Homecoming Festival.
