Lost Supper: Wild
-
30 May: 6:30pm - 10pm
This May, the Heligan Kitchen Team turns to the wild abundance of our sub-tropical Jungle, where nature’s larder overflows with inspiration.
From tender young shoots to bold botanical flavours, our chefs are spoilt for choice with ingredients freshly foraged from this extraordinary corner of the gardens.
Your evening will begin in the serene beauty of Heligan’s iconic walled Kitchen Garden, where you’ll be welcomed with a seasonal garden cocktail and time to soak in the setting before the feast begins.
Join us for a five-course dining experience that celebrates the power of place and the creativity of the Heligan Kitchen. Expect a menu shaped by the day’s foraging finds, showcasing the rare and remarkable flavours of our very own Jungle.
£65 per person to include a welcome cocktail and five expertly crafted courses.

What is a Lost Supper?
Lost Suppers are about connections, the connection between people, the soil, the planet and food. In the current climate it’s never been more important to talk about food miles and eating from the land has always been the way at Heligan, that’s what it was built for.
The Kitchen Garden sits just 157 yards from the kitchen and grows around 4.5 tonnes of vegetables and fruit per year. Home Farm hosts an array of rare breeds and provides a small supply of meat each year. None of this could ever be enough to feed all our visitors but here we are celebrating the fruits of our labour in innovative and sometimes surprising ways.
The menu is never published beforehand as it is written after the gardeners have listed what’s available or what’s in season, which makes it completely ingredient led.
This Lost Supper will be held within the Heligan Kitchen & Conservatory. Doors will open at 5pm with a welcome drink for all upon arrival.
