Lost Supper: Seafood

  • 29 Aug: 6:30pm - 10pm

Sail away with our August Lost Supper where our evening will be inspired by the sea and its bounty.

We'll be celebrating an exciting new partnership with Matthew Stevens, a long-standing, family-run fishmonger based in St Ives. With their sustainably sourced seafood now featuring across our menus, our Lost Supper will provide the perfect opportunity to sample the freshest and finest Cornish catch.

You'll be welcomed with a seasonal cocktail, followed by five carefully crafted courses that explore the flavours, textures, and stories of the sea.

£70pp includes a welcome cocktail and 5 courses.

What are Lost Suppers?

Lost Suppers are about connections, the connection between people, the soil, the planet and food. In the current climate it’s never been more important to talk about food miles and eating from the land has always been the way at Heligan, that’s what it was built for.

The menu is never published beforehand as it is written after the gardeners have listed what’s available or what’s in season, which makes this unique experience completely ingredient led.

This special Lost Suppers will be held in the Heligan Kitchen conservatory.  Doors will open at 6:30pm with a welcome drink for all upon arrival.

*Please note the dining experience lasts approximately 3 hours
