The proof of benefits letter must be dated within 12 months of the day of your visit.
Heligan Local Passes are valid for a year from the day of purchase and are not refundable. If you normally renew your Locals’ Pass via Direct Debit and would like to cancel it, please let us know before your next renewal date. We will notify you by email about your automatic renewal 14 days in advance of the renewal date.
Please note that your Locals’ Pass gives you unlimited access to The Lost Gardens of Heligan for one year from the day of purchase. Universal Credit tickets are only valid for one day.
