Overview

We are seeking an experience, dynamic and commercial minded Hospitality Manager to help deliver an exception food and beverage experience at of Britain's most beloved gardens.

Food is fundamental to the Heligan experience and the successful candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and enhancing Heligan's culinary offer, while maintaining its unique link between estate and plate.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality management, with a proven track record of leading teams, managing busy multi-outlet operations with strong commercial performance. A passion for great hospitality, exceptional customer service and developing people, alongside a genuine appreciation for the Lost Gardens of Heligan and it's ethos.

The role will be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of the multi-outlets, including staffing levels, standards, financial performance, training and compliance. Working closely with the Head of Hospitality, you will ensure the teams are well equipped, motivated and empowered to deliver consistently high standards. The role will also deputise for the Head of Hospitality in their absence.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management within restaurant, hotel or similar environment.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

• Meticulous attention to detail and standards.

• Experience of managing a diverse team.

• A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding visitor experiences.

• Continuous improvement mindset with the desire to delight and constantly elevate the offer.
