Pre-booked Tickets Terms and Conditions

  • Visitors to The Lost Gardens of Heligan must pre-book tickets to the gardens through This includes our Local Pass Holder
  • All tickets are valid for a specific fifteen-minute slot on a specific day, are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another day. If you're stuck in traffic and are delayed, please don't worry, we'll still welcome you to the gardens.
  • “There's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing”. We advise that when booking, please look ahead at the local weather forecast as our tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are not responsible or liable for garden closure or event cancellation due to events beyond our control (a ‘Force Majeure Event’). We’ll notify you as soon as possible of a Force Majeure Event, we’ll try to re-open as soon as it’s safe for us to do so (and transfer your tickets to a new date), and in the event of a Force Majeure Event and where we’re unable to reschedule or reopen in time, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Local Pass Holders must also pre-book their visits. These tickets will not be charged as will be validated upon input of your Membership/Local Pass card number when prompted on our website.
  • Visiting Members and Local Pass Holders must bring their valid membership cards with them for presentation at the ticket office.
  • Tickets pre-booked by Members and/or Local Pass Holders must be redeemed by the Members/Local Pass holders in question. Member/Local Pass Holder ticket that are presented by non-pass holders will be voided and the visitors will be refused entry to the gardens.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • There will be no charge for children under the age of five years or for the carers of our visitors. Please select complimentary tickets for these visitors upon booking.
  • Members and Local Pass Holder must only reserve one entry time per day. Multiple bookings will be cancelled and may result in the refusal of entry.
  • Multiple non shows on booked tickets by Members and/or Local Pass Holders may result in the individual pass holders’ passes being placed on hold.
