The Heligan Kitchen is starting to sizzle as it prepares to bring you the final Heligan ‘Sausage Saturday’ of 2019!

 

With a menu that is sure to delight our youngest visitors, as well as some traditional dishes to tempt all the family, our award-winning sausages will again take centre stage.

 

Heligan Sausage Saturday is a fantastic opportunity for the Heligan Kitchen to showcase and get behind one of the nation’s favourite culinary delights. Who can resist Bangers & Mash, Hotdogs or a warming Sausage Casserole? Our mouth-watering menu will showcase all of these British favourites.

 

Heligan is proud to have been awarded ‘Gold’ at the Taste of the West awards for 2019 and 'Highly Commended' at The UK Sausage Week sausage competition, for our Heligan pork and Pumpkin sausages. Join us to savour the delicious taste of rare breed outdoor reared pork, alongside our famous Kitchen Garden pumpkins, joined together by a recipe collaboration with local butcher & grazier James Kittow, to produce sausages that are simply unbeatable in taste.

 

All dietary requirements will be provided for, and dishes will be available in adult and children’s sizes.

 

 Breakfast 9.30-11am

 Lunch 12-2.30pm.
