Heligan Summer - ‘Butterflies, Bees and a Wildflower Sea’
18 July – 6th September.
This year, we have planted an incredible 15 acres of wildflower meadow for you to lose yourself in. Cornflowers, corn chamomile, poppies and corn marigolds will come together to create an incredible visual backdrop to summer at The Lost Gardens. Perfect for our pollinators, we invite you to immerse yourself in our wildflower world of butterflies and bees. How many species will you discover?
Families are invited to pick up a free ‘Heligan Summer’ booklet from the Ticket Office before setting off through the Gardens, Jungle and Estate on your summer sensory adventure. ‘Heligan Summer’ encourages everyone to take a moment to slow down, connect with nature and enjoy the summer’s beautiful, bountiful and fleeting highlights.
Bursting with fun ideas, nature interactions and creative inspiration ‘Heligan Summer’ is designed to enhance your summer adventure at Heligan and leave you ‘buzzing’ about the wonderful world of our precious pollinators.
