Natural Wellbeing Week

Relax, Uplift and Restore

21st –26th June 2019

“The greatest gift of the garden is the restoration of the five senses”

– Hanna Rion

This June, The Lost Gardens of Heligan welcomes you to a brand new event where the Gardens become the venue for an inspiring programme of workshops, activities, talks and sessions; all created to relax you and leave you feeling uplifted and restored.

Heligan also an anagram of ‘healing’ has become a place synonymous with connecting to nature and personal wellbeing through horticulture, wildlife and fresh food. For years visitors have returned to the gardens, to immerse themselves in the wonder and beauty of nature and the ground breaking restoration. Natural Wellbeing Week provides the perfect opportunity for self-restoration, with all activities aimed to positively improve mental, social, physical, emotional and spiritual health & wellbeing.

Natural Wellbeing Week launches on the Summer Solstice and invites you to dance, stretch, move, laugh, meditate, forage, draw and let yourself flow into an exciting week of drop in free toe-dip sessions (included in garden entry) as well as some pre-booked ticketed workshops.

We look forward to welcoming you to Natural Wellness Week.

Please browse each event on the main events page for full detail and booking information.
