Father Christmas visits The Lost Gardens of Heligan - Fully Booked

This Christmas the Heligan Team are excited to confirm the return of a very special guest, as we look forward to welcoming Father Christmas and his team of Elves to The Lost Gardens.

He tells us that he can’t wait to meet you all and to see some of you again!

Upon arrival, we invite you to head to the Festive Reserve Yard, where you and your family bubble will be welcomed by the naughty but nice Elf Team who will ensure you get into the Christmas spirit; with music, games, toasted marshmallows over the fire and warming festive refreshments.

All this before you are escorted by the Elves to meet Father Christmas in the magical cosy setting of the Head Gardener’s Office.

For those of you visiting from Monday 13th December onwards, Father Christmas invites you to visit him after dark, set amidst a fairy light lit backdrop. This new early evening experience will be truly unforgettable for all.

This year, you will enjoy an extended visit with Father Christmas of 10 minutes, to ensure he gets to hear all about your year, your hopes for the future, and your wishes for Christmas. He has some magical stories of his own to share with you too! Each child will be gifted a small, exclusive Heligan Children’s collectible gift.

To enjoy the Father Christmas Experience to its fullest, we recommend you arrive at least 45 minutes ahead of your pre booked experience time, to allow you to get from the car park to the Festive Reserve Yard. This will also give you time to stop in the Melon Yard and write your letter to Father Christmas, before you meet the man himself.

Please wrap up for our Cornish weather, wear wellies and bring your brollies if appropriate- this is an outside experience for the most part.

The Elves will not allow early entry to the Festive Reserve Yard, so we ask that you arrive at the time reserved by your booking.

To ensure the safety of you and your family, Father Christmas and his Elves, we ask you click here to read all of the key information document in advance of arriving at Heligan. Face masks must be worn by all adults whilst visiting Father Christmas, with a maximum of two adults allowed to accompany children.

Please note that should any of our Christmas events be cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, all ticket holders will be contacted to discuss their options which will include the rescheduling of their visit or a full refund.
