Are you open?
The Lost Gardens of Heligan are now open seven days a week. Please click here for opening hours and prices.
Can I change the date or time of my booked visit?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless The Lost Gardens of Heligan are forced to closed due to extreme weather conditions or other unprecedented issues. Please click here for our full ticketing terms and conditions.
The online ticketing system says that my pass is invalid and I am unable to book a slot.
Please ensure that you are selecting the correct option when booking tickets.
For those with Heligan Membership, please select
Adult Member Admission and/or Child Member Entry Admission
For those with Heligan Local Passes, please select
Adult Local Pass Admission and/or Child Locals Pass Admission
How do I obtain passes for my son/daughter who has recently turned five?
When booking ticket for you next visit, please purchase a Child Garden Admission and ask for our ticketing to upgrade this to a Member Pass or Local Pass when visiting.
This can be done at any time in the year.
My Locals Pass/Membership has expired. How can I book a visit?

Can I bring my dog with me?

Can I use my Gardener’s World 2 for 1 voucher at The Lost Gardens of Heligan?
The Lost Gardens of Heligan are not participating in this year’s Gardener’s World 2 for 1 scheme.
