£25.663.13 per annum

40 hrs per week plus half an hour unpaid break. Annual leave is 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays, which you may be expected to work.

Role Overview
Due to an increase in project work we are looking for a skilled, self-motivated and enthusiastic painter & decorator to join our restoration & maintenance team.

The person will be required to deliver decoration on historic glass houses & buildings internally and externally using a variety of painting methods to a high standard.

Principal purpose of role
Working alongside our carpenters restoring historic buildings and infrastructure across the site

• The ability to work closely with the restoration team and brainstorm creative design solutions.

• Full driving licence

• Excellent customer service skills
• Friendly, punctual and enthusiastic

• Qualified/time served painter and decorator
• Preferred Basic joinery/construction skills
• Knowledge of putty pointed glazing (training can be given)
• Glass cutting (training can be given)
