CATERING
Our main, self-service Heligan Tearoom is located close to the garden entrance and welcomes garden and non-garden visitors alike. We have both indoor and outdoor seating for about 200 people, and provide morning coffee, traditional Cornish pasties and cream teas throughout the day, with a licensed area and servery for light lunches.
We run our own bakery on site, which produces fresh bread, scones and cakes daily. Vegetables, salads and herbs in season are harvested from our own restored Victorian productive gardens – for summer salads and winter soups. Best quality food and drink is also sourced locally, to supplement what we produce and prepare ourselves.
The Steward’s House at the heart of the Heligan Estate also provides light refreshments in the main season for garden visitors only. It has a pleasant tea garden for eating out on warmer days. This elegant building also houses an exhibition room.
